    Monsanto & Barry-Wehmiller Experience

    Our founder worked for Barry-Wehmiller in the St. Louis, MO Engineering Design Group and designed and managed construction of > $20M of industrial automated factories in the USA, Philippines, and Brazil.  The projects were on schedule and profit margins were over $2.5M and $500k under budget.   There are more details on the SerfDome Leadership Expertise page.

    Our founder’s work in industrial automation included the following:

          • Projects included design, field installation, system integration, and troubleshooting of robotics, electro-mechanical industrial machines, and electronic controls equipment (Allen Bradley/Omron Programmable Logic Controllers, power distribution, motor controls, GUI touch panels, human machine interfaces, DeviceNet, RS232/485).
          • He continuously managed and tracked all financial aspects of contracts and projects ensuring profitability.
          • He successfully managed international project teams of over 50 people while speaking both  English and Portuguese.
